Carmen Tse is a dietitian who cares for children with digestive disorders. She provides medical nutrition therapy as well as nutrition counseling and education. She also serves as a nutrition consultant for doctors and nurse practitioners. She enjoys studying food cultures as part of customizing beneficial and balanced diet plans, and believes that enjoying one's food is a key part of healthy eating.

Tse earned her bachelor's degree in nutrition and dietetics at the University of California, Berkeley, followed by her master's degree in nutrition and dietetics at Loma Linda University. She is a certified nutrition support clinician.

Tse is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and its pediatric nutrition practice group. In her free time, she finds enjoyment and stress relief in cooking and baking.
