Joyce Harvey is a pediatric nurse practitioner who cares for patients with spina bifida and patients needing rehabilitation for permanent or temporary disabilities. She previously worked as an advanced practice nurse with the UCSF pediatric neurosurgery team.

Harvey received her bachelor's degree in nursing from the University of Arizona and her master's degree from the UCSF School of Nursing.
