Our preference is to receive online applications for open positions. Please do not email, mail, fax or hand-deliver your resume. If you do not have access to a computer, the Human Resources Department has three available in our lobby for applicant use. We are located at 770 53rd St. (corner of 53rd Street and Martin Luther King Jr. Way). Our office hours are Monday though Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

- Once you have logged in, click SET UP JOB AGENT NOW to navigate to the Job Agent tab.
- Click SET UP JOB AGENT NOW.
This directs you to a list of all possible jobs. Select the jobs that interest you and click SUBMIT. A message will appear that tells you your Job Agent was created and you will be returned to your dashboard. You will also receive an email confirming your enrollment in the Job Agent program.
When a job that matches your selection become available, you will receive an email regarding the job opening. The Job Agent service remains in effect for six months from the date you sign up.

Once you have created a Job Agent – you can add jobs or edit your Job Agent.- Log in.

Once your profile and resume are received, an employment specialist reviews your information to ensure you meet the basic requirements for the job. If you do, the employment specialist will pass your information on to the hiring manager for evaluation. If the hiring manager selects you for an interview, you will be contacted directly.
- Who qualifies as an internal candidate?
An internal candidate is an individual who is currently employed by UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital Oakland. Volunteers, contractors and students should apply as external applicants.
- How do I know that UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital Oakland received my online profile and resume?
