UCSF Primary Care at Laurel Village provides pediatric and adult care, including same-day appointments for your urgent medical needs. Our doctors are experts in preventive care for children from infants to teens, as well as the management of chronic diseases

Using web-based technology and other innovative approaches, our team offers personalized, quality medical services when you need them. And, you don't have to wait weeks or months to see your doctor.

Services include:

  • Same-day appointments — For your urgent medical needs, call the clinic to see a doctor that day.

  • Online health tools — Our patient portal, called MyChart, allows you to make appointments, request prescription refills, obtain test results and more.

  • Access to UCSF specialists — If you need specialty care, we will coordinate your care with world-renowned experts at UCSF.

After-Hours Care

We've partnered with the Pediatric Evening Referral Clinic (PERC) to provide evening, weekend and holiday appointments. If your child has an urgent medical need outside normal office hours, please call (415) 387-9293 to schedule an appointment at PERC.

PERC is located at 3838 California St., Suite 111. It offers weekday evening appointments from 6 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.; you may call to make an appointment starting at 5 p.m. On weekends and holidays, it's open from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., with scheduling available starting at 7:30 a.m.

NOTE: If you think your child may be having a life-threatening emergency, immediately call 911 or go directly to the nearest emergency room.

UCSF Shuttles

Free UCSF shuttles travel between the Mission Bay, Parnassus and Mount Zion campuses as well as other UCSF locations and the 16th Street BART station.
