Social worker
Jason Rosenbury is a clinical social worker who cares for pediatric patients and their families in the emergency department. He helps place children in psychiatric hospitals, serves as a liaison to Child Protective Services and supports families when children are in critical condition.
Rosenbury earned his master's degree in social service administration from the University of Chicago. Prior to his position in the emergency department, he worked in the UCSF Madison Center for Pediatric Diabetes.
In addition to creating and producing three CDs of humorous songs about diabetes, Rosenbury took part in a delegation to Cuba in 2012 with the National Association of Social Workers.
