Brittany M. Okimura is a physician assistant who cares for adult and pediatric patients having plastic and reconstructive surgery. Her focus is particularly on conditions of the face and skull, including craniosynostosis (a medical condition in which a baby's skull bones fuse prematurely), plagiocephaly (a common condition that causes a baby's skull to become flattened in one area of their head), cleft lip, cleft palate, microtia (incomplete formation the external ear) and other complex conditions. She seeks to bring expertise and compassion to every patient encounter.

She earned a bachelor's degree in diagnostic medical sonography from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a master of medical science degree in physician assistant studies from Salus University.

She has a diverse health care background, having previously worked in pediatric otolaryngology-head and neck surgery (comprehensive ear, nose and throat care) at UCSF and interventional radiology at Stanford Medicine.

Outside of her professional commitments, she finds joy in spending quality time with family and friends, as well as embracing outdoor adventures, including camping, biking and hiking. She enjoys playing sports with her kids and coaching their teams, which enables her to foster both their athletic skills and family bonds.
