It was our third visit here. This provider really helped me.

My care provider felt very competent, but a bit abrupt and "efficient." That's fine. It's just not my style.

Dr, Mathes was exceptional in every way. She was knowledgeable, explained everything carefully and in a way that was easy to understand, she listened and shows concern, she answered all questions thoroughly. One of the best experiences we have had at a doctors appointment, we felt it was such a worthwhile appointment. We would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Mathes.

Dr. Mathes and Dr Wong were so professional AND friendly, and addressed all the questions I had about my child and her skin issues. It was such a welcome experience, and I wish all my doctors were like this!

She has excellent clinical knowledge but is also a receptive and kind listener to any questions raised. She really cares about her patient, whether the issue is routine or urgent, and she makes an effort to provide thoughtful, individualized care. So grateful!

I'm very happy with this provider.

The 1st provider was not pleasant. She didn't seem to care much about my child's issue and had a cold' look to her. Even my child said she doesn't seem friendly. The second provider that came later was more friendlier and was more detailed in giving me recommendations and explanations.

One of the best, if not the best, doctors I've dealt with. Friendly, caring, not condescending, and discusses decisions rather than making them unilaterally on my daughter's behalf.
