Dr. Ray Stewart is a pediatric dentist who provides routine preventive and restorative care as well as care for complex conditions of the face and skull that may require surgery. His patient- and family-centered approach emphasizes early prevention and intervention to avoid the need for invasive procedures. He has a special interest and expertise in caring for patients with inherited and developmental problems affecting teeth or other structures of the skull and face.

Stewart's research has two areas of focus: clinical trials to evaluate various materials and devices used in pediatric dentistry, and growth and development studies of patients with abnormalities of the skull and face.

Stewart earned his doctor of dental medicine degree at and a master's degree in medical genetics at the University of Oregon at Eugene. He earned his doctor of dental surgery degree at Oregon Health and Science University. He is a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, California Society of Pediatric Dentistry and American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.
