Stephen Wilson

Dr. Stephen Wilson is a pediatric hospitalist and pediatric pain medicine specialist. As a hospitalist, he coordinates and manages the care that children receive – often from many specialists – while in the hospital. As a pain medicine specialist, he provides consultative services for patients throughout the children's hospital, using both medications and integrative medicine approaches to relieve pain and other unpleasant symptoms. He also serves as the vice president and chief clinical strategy officer for UCSF Benioff Children's Hospitals.

Wilson earned his medical degree at Harvard Medical School and completed a residency in pediatrics and a fellowship in medical education at UCSF. He also has a doctorate in immunology from Harvard University.
