Jessica Medros is a physical therapist who cares for children and young adults. She specializes in sports medicine, dance medicine and Pilates-based rehabilitation.

Medros earned a bachelor's degree in kinesiology, with a focus on exercise and movement sciences, from San Francisco State University. She earned her doctor of physical therapy degree from Samuel Merritt University.

Medros is a nationally certified Pilates teacher, certified strength and conditioning specialist (through the National Strength and Conditioning Association), credentialed clinical instructor for physical therapy education (through the American Physical Therapy Association), certified yoga teacher and lifelong dancer. She is a native Italian speaker.
