Melessa Hirschhorn is a nurse who cares for children with neurological conditions requiring surgery. She assists doctors, and works with patients and families before and after surgery, educating them on the specific condition and answering their questions.
Hirschhorn earned her bachelor's degree from the San Diego State University School of Nursing. In her free time, she enjoys baking and being with her family.
